Galvanize Denver Golden Triangle

Location: Denver, CO

Size: 27,000 SF

Galvanize’s original campus is located in the vibrant Golden Triangle neighborhood and home to a thriving community of tech startups, developers and venture capitalists.  Dating back to 1929, this historic Rocky Mountain Bank Note building most recently sat vacant until Galvanize came with a unique vision.  Great care was taken to highlight the existing historic charm of the building by exposing original brick, wood beams, ceilings and structural elements.  These raw elements were then juxtaposed with modern amenities and innovative technology to create a functioning ecosystem of coworking spaces, classrooms, meeting and event spaces and a full-service public café and bar.  Members also benefit from an inhouse gym, private entrance and secured bike parking.  Natural light floods the campus through large skylights, 20’ high ceilings, ample glazing and an open central floorplan.  In partnership with Galvanize, Knoll established and maintained a working showroom just off the reception.
