Galvanize Boulder is located in the historic heart of Colorado's start up capital and one of largest tech ecosystems in the nation. This two-story new build combines a ground level public cafe, shared open areas, varying private spaces and multi-purpose classrooms to support tech start ups, venture capitalists and developers looking to grow their productivity and innovation.  Unique branding of the company's logo spans between the public and private member-only space through the use of oversized steel lettering in the floor.  Due to limited windows in the space, careful consideration of the layout and building materials were required to maximize natural lighting throughout.  This includes the use of a natural lit, open stair used for both circulation and gathering.  While maintaining the overall Galvanize aesthetic, the space emphasizes the use of raw, natural and recycled materials as a nod to the local culture.
