Nestled within the iconic British Virgin Islands sits a variety of projects for private clientele.  One prominent project included the complete interior and exterior renovation of a five-bedroom waterfront residence with a private slipway and deep-water mooring.  High-end durable finishes, state of the art security and equipment, luxury linens, custom furniture and a new outdoor kitchen and pool transformed this once dated property into an upscale island inspired retreat. 

Design and master planning services were also engaged to expand and upgrade several boutique villa resorts into luxury, sought after destinations.  This included the transformation of one resort’s small patio into a large courtyard featuring a new wooden pavilion and unique boulder fire feature.  The renovation also successfully tripled seating capacity, increased surrounding privacy for villas and improved staff access and functionality.  Also among these projects was the complete interior renovation of a 61’ Buddy Davis yacht including upgraded finishes, equipment, security and amenities to deliver a luxury at sea experience.
